These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HaLin App ("Service"), operated by HaNoiLink (hanoilink.edu.vn). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HaLin App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

HaLin App is an internal business management platform that provides tools for managing TikTok messages and sales conversations, automating customer interactions via AI, and tracking CRM performance for HaNoiLink organization.

3. TikTok Integration

HaLin App integrates with TikTok for Business APIs. When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize HaLin App to access your Direct Messages and account information solely to provide the Service. HaLin App will never post content or take actions on your TikTok account without your explicit request.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

HaLin App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HaNoiLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or the application interface.
