This Privacy Policy describes how HaLin App ("we", "our", or "the App"), operated by HaNoiLink, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service at noibo.hanoilink.edu.vn.

1. Information We Collect

HaLin App collects the following information:

• Account information: name and email address provided at registration
• TikTok account data: access tokens, Direct Message content, and account profile information obtained via TikTok API with your explicit authorization
• Usage data: interaction logs within the HaLin App dashboard

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the HaLin App Service
• To display and manage TikTok conversations on your behalf
• To generate AI-assisted reply suggestions for your review
• To produce sales performance analytics and reports
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates

3. TikTok Data

HaLin App uses TikTok Login Kit and Direct Messages API. When you connect your TikTok account, we store encrypted access tokens to perform actions you request. We access TikTok data only within the scope of permissions you have explicitly granted. We do not share TikTok data with third parties.

4. Data Security

We use AES-256 encryption for stored tokens and HTTPS for all data transmission. Access tokens are never exposed in plaintext.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate HaLin App (hosting infrastructure, AI providers).

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all your data by contacting us at support@hanoilink.edu.vn. We will process requests within 30 days.
